On the occasion of World Thalassemia Day and as part of Society’s ongoing efforts to enhance support for UAE Thalassemia patients, the Emirates Thalassemia Society organized a blood donation and Thalassemia awareness campaign in cooperation with Transworld International Shipping Company and the Dubai Blood Bank. The company’s employees enthusiastically donated their blood to benefit Thalassemia patients. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the community and contributing to saving the lives of patients. The Emirates Thalassemia Society also participated through its awareness platform to educate employees about Thalassemia and distribute awareness brochures. These efforts aim to raise awareness about the disorder and the importance of blood donation for Thalassemia patients.
