Arab Health 2025- one of the largest health conference cordially invited Emirates Thalassemia Society at the official launch of the 5th Edition of the Guidelines for the Management of TDT by Thalassemia International Federation as a panelist to discuss on the topic 'Thalassemia in MENA Region'. The panel included well renowned doctors and researchers in the field of Thalassemia, along with Ms Shakeela Bashir as a representative of the Emirates Thalassemia Society. The society representative essentially highlighted the various support services for the UAE Thalassemia patients and how the society always is upfront of rendering their helping hand to the patients and their families. Emirates Thalassemia Society work was highly praised by the audiences with special thanks to the support of the UAE Government and successful leadership of Her Highness Sheikha Sheikha Bint Saif Al Nahyan- Chair person of Emirates Thalassemia Society and active Board members of the Emirates Thalassemia Society.
