Under the auspicious patronage of the wife of His Highness Dr Sheikh  Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, Advisor of His Highness President of The State, Her Highness Sheikha / Sheikha Bint Saif Al-Nahyan, Chair Person of Emirates Thalassemia Society, the Board Members of Emirates Thalassemia Society and a group of Thalassemia patients from different Emirates of UAE paid an official visit to the Thalassemia patients in Musandam Hospital in Khasb in the Sultanate of Oman. The three days visit resulted in exchanging experiences and providing the necessary support to the Oman patients through workshops between the patients, officials and families session on the last day. A very adventurous sea cruise was also organized to see the natural views which thoroughly entertained them
