“Make a Wish" Foundation and the Emirates Thalassemia Society signed a cooperation agreement in Abu Dhabi aiming to support the association’s initiatives that aimed at enhancing its work and achieving its goals in spreading health awareness about Thalassemia.
The memorandum was signed by Hani Al-Zubaidi, CEO of “Make a Wish" Foundation, and Abdul Baset Merdas, Vice Chairman of the Emirates Thalassemia Society.
The CEO of “Make a Wish" Foundation affirmed the foundation's keenness to support all charitable and community initiatives that lead to spreading happiness among members of society, and keep pace with the government's aspirations to reach a healthy, happy society free of diseases.
Abdul Baset Merdas, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated that the signing of this agreement comes as an essential step to frame community partnership and achieve common interests with charities in a way that achieves the common visions of the “Make a Wish" foundation and the Emirates Thalassemia Society and their humanitarian and strategic goals.
