Abdul Baset Merdas chosen as one of the Board Member of the prestigious 'Thalassemia International Federation'


In addition to the former Board Members of the society, Her Highness Sheikha / Sheikha Bint Saif Al Nahyan, Chair Person of the Emirates Thalassemia Society and Mr. Saeed Al-Awadi, Board Member of the Emirates Thalassemia Society, Mr. Abdul Baset Mohammad Merdas, Vice Chairman of the Emirates Thalassemia Society is the third personnel of the society chosen by the Thalassemia International Federation(TIF) to join their Board of Directors, becoming the first ever country holding a record of 3 Board Members from the same country, UAE. We wish and hope that your long journey of support for Thalassemia continues and brings us all even more success!
